Features
Desktop Notifications

The web app keeps a history of received messages. You can scroll through past messages and click on them to see full details including:
- Title and message content
- Timestamp
- Priority level
- Tags and emojis
- Attachments
- Action buttons
Multiple Topics
You can subscribe to multiple topics at once. Each topic appears in the sidebar, and you can switch between them to view their message history.
Real-time Updates
Messages appear instantly in the web app as they're published. No need to refresh the page.
Browser Support
The web app works in all modern browsers:
- Chrome/Chromium
- Firefox
- Safari
- Edge
Note: Some browsers may require HTTPS for notification permissions. NotifyHero uses HTTPS by default.
Notification Permissions
To receive desktop notifications, you need to grant notification permission:
- Chrome: Click the lock icon in the address bar → Site settings → Notifications → Allow
- Firefox: Click the lock icon → Permissions → Receive Notifications → Allow
- Safari: Safari menu → Settings → Websites → Notifications → Allow
